EBWC December Challenge on EtsyBeadWeavers שרשרת עם תליון בסגנון ערבסק

I wove this piece for the monthly contest in Etsy BeadWeavers. The theme that was chosen is Arabesque Style Joanne Teaque. This theme required research and learning the theme it was very interesting and enjoyable investigating Arabesque style. There are a lot of sites about Islamic art but I found one site that gives very comprehensive full view about Islamic art all over the world with many beautiful pictures. It was like traveling in all those sites. Information is so interesting about dynasty and century of creation.You can visit this site and have this tour and enjoy it:

את הפרח הכנתי לפי טכניקה שלמדתי ב"סדנת גרברה" אצל דניאל-ארט מקומונת החרוזים של מעיין

I wove this necklace for the September challenge in the Etsy - BeadWeavers forum. The theme of the month is Bollywood. Bollywood colors are gold and pearls and crystals.

The focal flower was woven according to technique I have learnt in Daniell-Art workshop "Gerbera"

עוד שרשרת זכוכית מגדלת בסגנון מינימליסטי שהכנתי לחברה יקרה.

עטפתי את העדשה עם חרוזי

cylinders

. של מיוקי גודל 11 בצבע מתכתי וכן חרוזים עגולים גודל 15 ובצבע כסף

כך שמתקבלים שני גוונים עדינים מאוד כמעט לא מורגשים של כסף.

את השרשרת הכנתי מחוליות עגולות קטנות בסגנון

This is another magnifying glass chain. I wrapped the magnifying glass with Miyuki cylinders size 11 metal color. The inner circles I wrapped with Miyuki seed beads size 15 silver color. The final piece has 2 delicate silver colors.

The chain was woven of small jump rings the technique is Chainmaille Inverted Round

לאחרונה למדתי טכניקה חדשה הכנת תכשיטים מחוליות מתכת

קיימות דוגמאות רבות לאריגת תכשיטים. בחירת הדוגמא תלויה במימדי החוליות (טבעות קטנות)

את השרשרת הזו הכנתי על פי דוגמא בשם

Lately I have learnt a new technique for making jewelry. Normally I weave all the chains of my necklaces using beads. This comes out too beady!! So I decided to research this issue. I learnt a lot, which pattern exist, which materials, sizes, colors and prices are there in the market.

This is my second piece it matches any outfit.

The technique is "European 4 in 1".
